We would like to share a brief update with you on the progress, struggles, praises and prayer
 requests of Mosaic 21. We ask your continued support through prayer and finances as we
 continue to deliver the Good News to a city in spiritual poverty-Zagreb, Croatia.

 1. Give praise! An urban outreach on March 8th, 2009 went very well. At this breakfast for women,
 Dr. Dubravka Globek spoke about the Christian view of the truths and lies of alternative medicine.


  2. Pray for preparation of the Summer outreach for children and youth in Zagreb. We are currently
  preparing teams and programs. Taking place June 15th to the 20th, activities and teachings will
  revolve around the theme “Charcter First.”

  3. Pray for permits we need from the government for our on going efforts with the purchase of land
  and building permits.

 
  4. Pray for the finances needed to continue the community outreach ministries. As a smaller
  church committed to pay for the land we bought for our future facility, it will be a challenge for us
  to collect $12,000,00 for this summer outreach. We plan to charge the program $20 per person 
  for all five days (summer English lessons for children are included into the program), but this will
  only cover about 30% of what will be needed.

  5. We still need a few English speaking people (3 to 5) from our partner churches to join us this summer.

   6. Relocation is our challenge for 2009. This is our biggest obstacle for growth as a church. We
  are in need of a facility that can house 200–300 people. We have found a used (2 years old)
  Sprung Instant Structure for sale in USA (3500 sq feet) and will be selling our present building
  (we have no serious buyer yet). Please pray we are able to get the permits from the government
  to build on our land and get permits to build on another location near our present church.
