Our Story

Based in Germany, MORE! is led by David and Anna Mansfield who seek to build up the Kingdom by ministering to missionaries, leaders and teachers in Europe. Missionaries and leaders receive vital care in crisis and ongoing support so they can continue to thrive in carrying out their part of the great commission. This is done confidentially and with individual care.

Our Impact

We come alongside missionaries and leaders on a regular basis by listening to their needs and struggles. We provide support through resources, prayer, spiritual direction, personal retreats, debriefing, transition planning, and coaching. With the care they receive missionaries are renewed, rejuvenated, and restored while in the field and as they transition out of the field.

Your donation allows us to offer continuous support to the missionaries and teachers who pour themselves out daily for His Kingdom!

Towards the end of the summer we visited Minnesota and Washington state for a month! Our trip to the US was fruitful and needed for all of us. We reconnected with dear friends, family, amazing supporters and supporting churches.

We enjoyed being again in the places where we also belong and have made a home. Minnesota is still how we remember it and we spent time reminiscing while revisiting our old stomping grounds and favorite places.

Spending time with friends was life giving and affirming of how love remains even when we don't see each other that often. Our hearts are full and overflowing with gratitude and sweet memories.

In Washington state we reconnected with family, friends and our supporting church there. Some of our highlights are meeting all the new family members in our extended family, going for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail.

We have been serving in Germany for 10 years and what an amazing decade it has been! We are in awe of all the things God has done for us, with us and through us.

Celebrating 27 years of marriage through a lot of changes and ministry seasons! Thank you, for covering us in prayer and we are so grateful for God's mercy and blessing.

One of the young families we support and mentor is having their second baby in late May or early June.

We celebrated Easter with a small group and are in the middle of walking several missionaries through their transition and debriefing as they leave in late June.

We were all together as a family for Christmas! Megan was home for a month and Hannah was with us for two weeks. We are so grateful for this special season together.

Anna finished her program to be certified as a spiritual director. This program has really stretched and grown her and it has and will benefit her ministry with women, especially those she meets with one on one.

We are back in full swing of our daily, weekly, monthly meetings and rhythms that bring out Christ in us and in those we meet.

We went to one of our ministry's adopted daughter's wedding in Bristol, England for a weekend in September. She moved there last year and it was a blessing for us to lead a group from Kandern there to be a part of an even larger family gathering.

We have been able to meet and help new missionaries, enjoy being useful and come in contact with them just in time when things seem like they are coming apart.

We made some Paska breads (Easter bread) for our Ukrainian refugees for Easter. It's their tradition too, so we shared it with them. The XB is Ukrainian for Christ is risen.
